   Made within 1–2 weeks from the date of order. This timeframe includes only the production and preparation of your item for shipping.
2. Wooden Furniture (cabinets, dressers, tables, consoles, nightstands):
   Each furniture piece is custom-made specifically for every customer. Production time may take 1–3 months depending on the complexity of the design. This timeframe includes only the manufacturing and preparation of your item for shipping. However, production times may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, or custom requests such as size, color, and other modifications requested by the customer.

   FREE shipping from Indonesia to the USA. Estimated delivery time is 7–9 days from the shipping date. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

(Lampshades, wall decor, throws, and figurines are delivered directly to the final destination address. No additional fees are required.)

   FREE shipping from Indonesia to the USA. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 months from the shipping date. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

(Please note that customs fees and import duties for the destination country are already included in the product price. Furniture shipments arrive at the Port of San Francisco, where our partners collect the cargo from the terminal and arrange final delivery through local carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, or their regional equivalents. Shipping costs within the United States are not included in the product price and must be paid separately after the furniture arrives in the USA and is prepared for final delivery to the customer’s address.)

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Bohemia Bali and our unique hand-carved wooden artwork. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and a positive experience for all of our customers worldwide. Please review our refund policy below, which reflects the handmade nature of our products and complies with online sales regulations.

Standard Products

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you would like to return a standard, non-customized product for any reason within 14 days of delivery, please contact us at bohemiabalishop@gmail.com.

The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition or packaging, no refund can be issued.

Please note that all return shipping costs back to Indonesia, as well as any customs duties, port charges, taxes, import fees, or other additional charges, are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping cost (which is included in the product price) is non-refundable and will be calculated individually depending on the item.

Bohemia Bali will inspect the returned item upon arrival and contact you via email.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, including items created according to your personal specifications, are not eligible for the 14-day return policy due to their personalized nature. All custom order sales are considered final once payment has been made. However, we remain committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the finished product.

Please note that full payment must be completed before your artwork or furniture can be shipped. If you choose not to proceed with the second payment, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel a custom order after the first payment has been made, please contact us directly. However, the initial 50% payment is non-refundable, as work on the item will have already begun.

If you experience any issues or concerns with your custom order, please contact us. We are committed to resolving any situation fairly while respecting the unique nature of custom-made products.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, regardless of your location or whether the item is custom-made or a standard product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your order information, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage, defects, and packaging.

We will review your claim and respond within 72 hours regarding eligibility for a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Approved claims may result in a replacement item, a refund to the original payment method, or a discount on future purchases, depending on the specific situation.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
